Espectacular and modern holiday villa of 400m2 in the village of Buger with amazing mountain views. This incredible property is located 20 minutes drive from the centre of Palma, 25 minutes from the airport and between fifteen and twenty minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of northern Mallorca such as Puerto Pollensa, Cala Sant Vicenç, Puerto Alcudia and Playas de Muro. 

The house, facing northwest, offers the following:
Ground floor: impressive hall with a central area where there is an olive tree as a seal of Mallorcan identity, large living room with open kitchen with high ceilings where you can see a picture of the inside of the pool. This floor also has a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower. An additional bathroom with shower.
From the living room there is a large terrace with Jacuzzi on the ground floor, barbecue area and outdoor dining area.

First floor: three double bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, the master bedroom with unbeatable views of the mountains and a viewpoint and reading area. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and another bedroom has two single beds.

First floor: living room chillout area with minibar and washbasin, from where you can reach the sun terrace with swimming pool with saltwater overflow, shower, view of the village, mountains and the sea in the distance. Swimming pool  5,5 x 2,8 m. (depth 1,4m.)

At the entrance there is a garage with space for two cars.

Extras: Internet WLAN, air conditioning, underfloor heating, safe, satellite TV, whirlpool, building with great qualities and luxury furniture.
