Fully restored in 2010, the property has retained all the charm and character of traditional Mallorcan architecture, both inside and out. The house is arranged over two floors and features an attractive garden with approximately 600 m² of lawn, providing a wonderful space to relax outdoors and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

On the ground floor, you will find a bright dining room next to a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room, creating a welcoming and practical space for spending time together. There is also a second cosy lounge, a double bedroom and a full bathroom with a shower.

The upper floor offers three double bedrooms, a pleasant sitting area and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, providing comfort and space for all guests. For added comfort during the warmer months, all bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
