Located in the north of Mallorca, Sull des Vent is a Georgeus house with private pool and sea views, completely renovated, decorated with quality and exquisite taste, situated very close to the sea only 90 mtrs. and in front of the nautical club, in the Urbanization of Son Serra Nova (Son Serra Marina) very quiet area, in the North of Majorca and concretely in the bay of Alcudia.
The house is built on two levels, on the ground floor modern, spacious and functional where we find a large living-dining room, next to the kitchen open to the living room fully equipped making 'all in one' with direct access from any point to the porch with its 'chillout' space and in front of the pool, the entire ground floor is air-conditioned hot/cold.
On the upper floor we find the 5 bedrooms, three of them equipped with air conditioning and two of them with fans:
- The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed of 200x180cm. which has its own private bathroom and a lovely terrace where you can see the sea to the horizon in its fullness, the mountains of Formentor and Alcudia as well as the port of Alcudia and its long sandy beach in the distance.
- The second bedroom has a double bed of 200x160cm. It also has its own en suite bathroom and air conditioning.
- The third bedroom has a double bed (200x160cm) and shares a bathroom with a large shower and toilet.
- The third bedroom has a double bed of 200x160cm. mtrs. it shares a bathroom with large shower and toilet.
- The fourth room has a double bed of 200x160cm. mtrs. this share the same bathroom with large shower, toilet and availability of fan.
- The fifth room is a large bunk bed, with the upper bed 200x90cm. and the lower bed 200x140cm. sharing the same bathroom, toilet and with availability of fan.
The terrace and pool area is equipped with terrace furniture, sunbeds and pool towels, with partial sea views from the pool terrace, and where you are sure to spend a very pleasant stay and evenings.
Just in front of the house two streets down... we have the 'Club Nautico Serranova', ideal to relax, sit on the terrace and have a drink and feel the sea breeze in the bar-restaurant which is certainly above the sea.
At only 240 mtrs. from the house and walking distance you will find the naturist beach of 'Son Real', a completely natural environment as it has always been, a jewel that has been preserved as it has always been since its creation.
Also on the other side of the beach across the urbanization of houses is the beach of 'Sa Canova' or beach of Son Serra Marina where windsurfing, paddle surfing, scuba diving and others, which is where the stream of 'Na Borges' ends, once flowing into the sea...
Son Serra Marina is one of the few places in Mallorca that still retains the summer atmosphere of yesteryear. We are sure to enjoy not only the sea views, but also the tranquillity of the place as well as unforgettable evenings, or strolling through the surrounding area.
