Villa Roser, House with Private Pool

Villa Roser is a spacious, bright house with a private swimming pool, located in Es Barcarès, a peaceful residential area by the sea, just a few minutes from the historic centre of Alcúdia. Its location makes it easy to enjoy small coves with crystal-clear waters, sandy beaches and all the amenities of the town, combining relaxation, beach days and cultural visits during your stay in Mallorca.

The house is distributed over two floors and offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with comfortable living spaces designed for families. On the ground floor, you will find the living-dining room, which opens onto the covered porch, and the fully equipped kitchen, with direct access to the garden and pool area. This floor also has a bathroom with a shower and a double bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite, as well as a spacious terrace where you can enjoy the fresh air.

The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, ceiling fans, a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and hairdryer. A cot and high chair are also available for families travelling with young children.

The outdoor areas are ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate in a peaceful setting. The private swimming pool, surrounded by a sunbathing area, is perfect for cooling off and relaxing on warm summer days. The covered terraces provide a pleasant space for breakfast, outdoor meals or spending time together in the evening.

Villa Roser's location allows you to walk to small coves such as Es Barcarès and Es Morer Vermell, ideal for those who prefer swimming in a quieter setting. A short drive takes you to the extensive sandy beach of Alcúdia, with its shallow waters, as well as Sant Pere and Sant Joan beaches, known for their clear waters.

The historic centre of Alcúdia is also nearby. Its medieval walls, cobbled streets, restaurants, shops and outdoor terraces offer plenty of opportunities to experience the local atmosphere. The surrounding area is ideal for cycling, water sports, exploring natural landscapes and visiting the archaeological remains of the ancient Roman city of Pollentia.
