The house is distributed over two floors and offers spacious and comfortable interiors for a relaxing family stay. On the ground floor, the cosy and bright living room features a fireplace and a large panoramic window overlooking the pool and garden. Next to it, the dining area provides a pleasant space for meals and gatherings. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dining area with direct access to the outside.

This floor also has two double bedrooms with twin beds and two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Upstairs is the main bedroom, with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a small bathtub and access to a private terrace. From here, you can enjoy lovely open views across the countryside towards the sea.

The outdoor area is one of the main attractions of the property. The 4 x 8 metre private swimming pool and a spacious terrace with sun loungers, while the covered porch, with its dining table, is ideal for enjoying breakfast and meals outdoors. Next to the pool, a pleasant chill-out area provides a quieter spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
