Son Barba Country House, welcomes you in a 300 m² villa designed for families and groups of friends of up to 8 people located in Sa Pobla.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, allowing you to enjoy your stay in complete comfort.

The kitchen, fully equipped with a central island and an espresso machine, is a lovely space to share moments together. The dining room, with its round table, invites you to enjoy meals together in an open setting connected to the living room.

Inside, you will find high-speed Wi-Fi (Starlink), air conditioning in the living room, dining area and bedrooms, television, video on demand, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a cot and 2 high chairs. The property is designed to be accessible, with no steps along its main walkways.

Outside, there is a private garden with a covered terrace and an outdoor terrace, both suitable for eating al fresco with a barbecue. The grounds include a small holm oak woodland that provides natural shade.

The private outdoor pool measures approximately 120 m² and includes an integrated jacuzzi, 8 large sun loungers and parasols. It uses well water with a descaling treatment. There is also a children's pool and mountain views.

The villa offers 4 parking spaces within the grounds.

Pets are allowed upon request. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
