Es Rafal d'Abaix is a charming country house with sea and mountain views, set in a peaceful location in the east of Mallorca, between Artà and Son Servera. Its location offers the tranquillity of the countryside while being within easy reach of some of the area's most beautiful and unspoilt beaches, as well as just 2 km from a golf course.

The house is arranged over two floors and different levels, combining traditional Mallorcan character with comfortable and carefully designed interiors. On the ground floor there is a spacious entrance hall, a double bedroom with a 1.50 x 1.90 m bed and a shower bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher is spacious and welcoming and features a fireplace, creating a particularly pleasant atmosphere. From the kitchen, a few steps lead down to the large living-dining room, a bright and generously sized space with a vaulted ceiling, light-coloured walls, stone and wooden elements and warm, elegant furnishings. It features comfortable sofas, a dining table, satellite TV and direct access to the outside.

On the first floor there are three further double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Individually furnished and featuring traditional exposed-beam ceilings, the bedrooms retain the character of the house while providing a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere. The house has two 1.50 x 1.90 m beds, two 0.90 x 1.90 m beds and two 0.90 x 2.00 m beds. It also has mosquito screens, a hairdryer, iron, WiFi and heating. Air conditioning is installed in the bedrooms on the upper floor. On the ground floor, the house's thick traditional stone walls provide good insulation and keep the rooms naturally cool, so air conditioning is not necessary.

Outside, the house offers a pleasant covered porch and several terrace areas, a barbecue and a private 9 x 4 m swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace and a lawned garden with fruit trees. There is also a private vegetable garden where, depending on the season, guests can enjoy fresh produce grown directly on the property.

Es Rafal d'Abaix is a good choice for those looking for a peaceful stay in Mallorca, surrounded by nature and with plenty of space to enjoy both the house and its outdoor areas, while still being within easy reach of the beaches, golf courses and villages of the east of the island.
