Distributed on two levels, surrounded by lawn garden and large swimming pool, and an outside Porch equipped with barbecue and a kitchen with all appliances, ideal to be outside any time of the day&night.

On the ground floor you have a hall , spacious dining room , Kitchen with chimney bot has straight exit to the terrace and garden.
It also has a separate comfortable lounge with access to the garden and pool area. Two double rooms, one accessible to wheelchairs, two full bathrooms.

Upstairs are three double bedrooms one with access to the terrace , two bathrooms; one en-suite with bath and separate shower cabin.


What our clients highlight is that the house has a good layout and is well suited for a large family or group. The outside kitchen is a great feature, and is used more than the inside kitchen for all meals. The pool is large and deep.

Cas Concos is a small village and yet has everything you need. A supermarket, a bakery, restaurants and various small shops where you can find everything you need for everyday life.

The nearest Golfcourse is at 5km, Vall d'Or Golf. The beaches of Porto Petro are 10 km away and the beaches of Cala D'Or, Cala Serena or Cala Marsal are approximately 12-13 km away.
