Charming holiday villa “La Font”, located in the picturesque village of Mancor de la Vall, at the foot of the stunning Serra de Tramuntana. A perfect setting to disconnect from everyday life and enjoy peace, nature, and the authentic Mallorcan atmosphere with family or friends.

The house is distributed over two floors and offers уютные and well-equipped spaces. On the main floor, you will find a comfortable living room with fireplace and satellite TV, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar, and a dining area. The villa features 4 double bedrooms: upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds (one with en-suite bathroom), while downstairs there is one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds. In total, there are 3 bathrooms (two with bathtubs and one with a shower).

From the living room, you have direct access to a pleasant covered porch with a barbecue area, ideal for outdoor dining, overlooking the private swimming pool (9 x 5 m, depth between 100 and 180 cm), surrounded by a large lawned garden. The property also offers high-quality chill-out furniture and several cozy corners to relax, read, or simply enjoy the Mallorcan sun.

Amenities include air conditioning in the bedrooms, a fan in the living room, Wi-Fi internet connection, table tennis, as well as full equipment including a baby cot, high chair, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, and iron, among others. The house also has heating (extra cost according to consumption).

The finca is fully fenced, with asphalted access and outdoor parking within the property.

Its location is ideal: just 20 minutes by car from the beaches of Alcúdia and Pollença, and only 5 km from Inca, where you will find a wide range of shops, supermarkets, and services. The nearby Pollença Golf is approximately 28 km away.

fantastic appointed property, just like the photos, better in real life. pool was super and used daily. Only one small grocery store and a bakery, other than that yoh had take a bus into Inca which is only 10min ride away. Great walks around the village and up into the hills. very quiet location. only tried the pizza place, which closed just after we arrived for rest of the month. The bakery was a short walk and the bread was wonderful. great welcoming village.
