Sa Llegua, holiday Country house with swimming pool 2 km from the town of Alcudia.
The house is on two floors, at the ground floor is the entrance hall, a living dinnig room, bathroom with small bathtub, separate kitchen and upstairs one bedroom with double bed and another bedroom with double bed and from which you access to a single bedroom for a child, and a bathroom with shower and a small terrace.
Outside porch and terrace, the swimming pool is 8,5x4,5m, 1 to 1,6m depth, surrounded by solarium.
The beaches of Puerto de Alcudia just a few minutes driving, and of Puerto Pollensa 5 minute driving from the house. (note: Due to its location from the outside may have hum of traffic depending on the wind)

Wir haben nach einem Haus in einer ruhigen Lage gesucht. Dieses Haus war für uns genau richtig. Abseits von Touristen und Lärm. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl im Haus. Wir liebten es auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken oder zum Abendessen. Da die Strände in Alcudia traumhaft schön sind und Wasser im Meer kristallklar ist, haben wir wenig den Pool benutzt. Der Besitzer war regelmäßig da, um Pool zu reinigen. Das einzige, was gefehlt hat, war die Waschmaschine, obwohl sie in der Beschreibung zur Wohnung erwähnt wurde. Sie stand zwar auf dem Balkon, aber war nicht funktionsfähig.Wir bedanken uns beim Besitzer des Hauses, dass wir die Möglichkeit hatten, in seinem Haus einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbringen zu dürfen. We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. A hire car is needed as it sits in quite a remote situation. However, it’s only a 5 minute drive from Alcudia Port , Alcudia old town and the beach. There are several supermarkets nearby too. We found Eroski to be the best and closest at only 3mins. The villa is old fashioned and quaint with spacious and well maintained gardens on all sides. It neighbours only 1 other villa so it’s very quiet and private. The water pressure in all showers etc is superb and the pool is excellent. The owner comes by every 2 days or so to clean the pool, water the gardens and take away any rubbish from the bins . He is very friendly and courteous and tries to be as discreet as possible. There are a few cats/ kittens that have come to live and play in the gardens. We fed them daily and enjoyed their company. No trouble at all ! Would certainly recommend this Villa.
