The flat is on the upper floor of a small two-storey building which also has a private solarium on the large upper terrace with sunbeds, a fixed barbecue and terrace furniture, where you can enjoy unforgettable 'al fresco' evenings.The interior of the flat is distributed in the entrance and living room-kitchen open all in one that in turn gives way to the front terrace facing the beach and the sea, also from any point of the interior we can see the beach and even the horizon of the Mediterranean Sea.

The rest of the flat is distributed with the three bedrooms and the two bathrooms with shower-cabin, one of them in the main bedroom equipped with a double bed.

The other two bedrooms are equipped with two single beds and the other one with a bunk bed.

The Arena flat is in an excellent location for anyone who simply wants to relax on the beach looking at the sea up to their horizon, families who easily go with their children to the beach, groups of friends who do cycling routes around Mallorca as very close there are companies that organize and rent, in turn it is close to restaurants, shops, leisure place not too far away ...

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Apartment Arena und haben unsere 18 Tage dort wirklich genossen. Die Lage ist hervorragend direkt am Strand, ruhig und perfekt, um Mallorca entspannt zu entdecken.Das Apartment war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Besonders gefallen haben uns die schöne Terrasse und die angenehme Atmosphäre. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und wie zu Hause. Planet Villas war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit, wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Great beach house! The water right in front is clear and calm. You can walk out a long ways and only be waist deep. Beds were comfortable. There is a hose to rinse your feet on the sun roof… would be nicer if there was a hose on the ground level to keep the sand off the steps. You can catch catamaran tours right off the pier just up the beach. Such a beautiful area …can’t wait to come back!
