An old summer house that has been completely renovated and furnished in a modern and contemporary style, it is also perfectly equipped for winter. Located just a few metres from the marina and the start of the long Can Picafort beach, you can enjoy the sea breeze and the passing of time from the terrace of the house.

The house is on the ground floor, but with access from the street via stairs, which gives it an elevated position above the street.

Inside the house there are no stairs, everything is on the ground floor, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed and can be used as a bedroom or perfectly adapted as a workspace, equipped with a 600 Mb WiFi router.

The house is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms except one, which is fed from the living room.

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, kitchenware and everything you need.

It also has a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (on request).

The three bedrooms all have single beds, but can also be converted into double beds, all with bed linen and towels, so it is equipped for a maximum of 8 people, or 6 people and a workspace.

'Can Solivellas' is ideal for spending a season, either working on your own projects, relaxing, or temporarily for a few months of temporary work, or for any occasion that is temporary and requires a minimum one-month contract.

There is also easy outdoor parking in front of the entrance to the house or around it.

The town of Can Picafort is one of the towns that still retains the old-world charm of the tourist resorts that began in Mallorca in the 1960s. You can enjoy its charm by strolling along the marina, and the beach promenade or walking through its streets, which are lively with souvenir shops, bars and restaurants, just a few minutes' walk away.
