On the ground floor, there is a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped independent kitchen with appliances and direct access to the terrace. The upper floor offers three double bedrooms, two with double beds and one with twin beds, as well as two full bathrooms with bathtubs. For year round comfort, the property is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning and WiFi.

The outdoor area is undoubtedly one of Casa Cas Home’s main attractions. The property features a large garden and an impressive private swimming pool measuring 12 x 6 metres, surrounded by lawn and ideal for cooling off, relaxing in the sun or enjoying long days outdoors. Next to the house, there is a barbecue area with an outdoor dining space and garden furniture, perfect for relaxed lunches and dinners in the open air. The property is also an excellent base for exploring the beaches and coves of the north of the island, enjoying hiking routes in the Serra de Tramuntana or discovering some of Mallorca’s most beautiful landscapes.
