Son Saliano, is an old restored manor house that has retained its character, located at the top of a hillside, with panoramic views of the countryside and Manacor.

The main house is distributed in hall, living room, complete kitchen with gas cooker, two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two separate beds, two bathrooms with shower, with independent access and also located on the ground floor we find a studio with two bedrooms, one of them with fireplace, both with double bed and both share a bathroom with shower, with independent access another large suite with bathroom en suite with shower.

What used to be a garage has been converted into a modern and spacious loft which houses a modern fully equipped kitchen with an island in the middle and a dining room with 2 large tables for many guests equipped with three fireplaces and air conditioning (extra cost depending on consumption)

On the outside you can enjoy several covered terraces, barbecue area, bathroom with outdoor shower, parking for several cars, private pool of 5x15m (depth 1.20 to 1.80) surrounded by a solarium terrace and gardens.

Equipped with heating, air conditioning only what used to be a garage /living room kitchen. Equipped with Internet Wifi, TV Sat, stereo, DVD player.

The property is located just 10 minutes drive from Manacor, where there is a wide range of leisure facilities and all the shops and restaurants, the tennis school and Rafa Nadal Museum Xperience just 8 KM from the house.

Within a 20/30 minute drive there are numerous beautiful beaches to visit as they are: Cala Mandia, Cala Romantica, Cala Morlanda, Cales de Mallorca, Cala Ratjada, Cala Millor, Sa Coma, etc.

And we do not forget to recommend a visit to Porto Cristo and the famous Caves of Drach .

Son Siliano is probably the best house we have rented on Mallorca over the last years. The house is beautiful so is the pool area. What is also great is the enormous kitchen. Very well equipped and so big. This is very comfortable when travelling with a big family/group. I can recommend this house to anyone who is looking for an ideal house in a beautiful scenery with maximum privacy. Owner of the house is extremely helpful and kind.
