'Sa Serra' is a traditional Mallorcan stone house dating from the eighteenth century and entirely restored respecting all its charm any and every detail of yesteryear in a great setting surrounding panoramic views with peaceful and relax.

The property is located in an elevated area (upon a hill), which provides a fabulous and panoramic views from almost any corner of the house, especially from the garden and the infinity pool having regard to a very pleasant feeling of open space.

Inside the house, from any point she literally reminds us earlier times of rural Mallorca, fantastically combined with the most modern of today's kitchen with modern appliances, bathrooms and elegant amp; modern furniture throughout a whole which gives us all the best for a comfortable stay.

On the ground floor comprises with a spacious vestibule and near the lounge (former stables), that has access to the stunning kitchen, very spacious with high ceilings and antique fireplace which in turn has access to rear terrace where the barbecue is placed with own porch where for sure spend a pleasant evenings. 
It also has a very spacious and elegantly furnished double room and next door has a bathroom with large shower. 

On the top floor which is accessed through what was the old kitchen where still is preserved the old self basin 'now converted into a reading corner', we access the upper floor where it is distributed in two bedrooms and to share a modern bathroom with great shower. 
One room has the same size as the room downstairs.
All the rooms in the house have twins beds of 90 x 2.00 meters. which can be pushed together or separated with individual bed linen or double.

Outside the house the land plot is on two levels providing different environments, especially the pool area on a lower level accessed either by the main entrance or the barbecue side area. Pool dimensions: surface area: 18 x 3 (54m2) Maximum depth: 1.5 m Minimum depth: 0.9 m

The nearest location is Lloret de Vistalegre a small village in Mallorca and Sineu which is the biggest town where to find all essential services such as supermarkets, restaurants, train station, and offers one of the oldest markets Mallorca and the only one permitted where live animals are sold, the meeting is weekly every Wednesday.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und den Bildern entsprechend. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit gehabt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Viele zusätzliche Utensilien die den Aufenthalt einfach gemacht haben.
