The master bedroom has a double bed, while the remaining bedrooms are equipped with single beds, offering a comfortable and practical layout for families or small groups.

In addition, the property offers an independent bedroom with its own private entrance, two single beds, an en suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the rear garden, ideal for guests seeking extra independence and privacy.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, several terraces and a well-maintained garden area with lawn, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing or enjoying meals outdoors in a peaceful natural environment.

The location is ideal for exploring both the interior and the east coast of Mallorca. San Llorenç des Cardassar, with its traditional charm, local restaurants and essential services, is just a short drive away. Manacor, the island’s second-largest city, offers a wide range of shops, supermarkets, weekly markets and restaurants, as well as a lively local atmosphere.

Some of the most beautiful beaches and coves on the east coast, such as Cala Mandia, Cala Anguila, Cala Varques and Porto Cristo, are located approximately 15–25 minutes away by car, allowing guests to combine the tranquillity of the countryside with easy access to the sea.

We had a wonderful time at the Conies Vell.
Is in a great location, an ideal starting point for excursions all over the island, well maintained and simply a dream, with everything you could possibly need. 
The property consists of a main house with three bedrooms and the old stable with a separate entrance and bathroom. This is also where the air conditioning is located. The kitchen is well equipped, there is sufficient crockery and it is gas-powered. In the main building, another air conditioner complements the living area. The bedrooms do not have air conditioning, there are fans, but in my opinion this is not necessary due to the good, thick walls. The views and the sunset are beautiful.
