The house is distributed through the entrance with four bedrooms. One of them is a very large master suite with fireplace, in-side bar, and direct access to its own terrace.
It also has a great bathroom with Hidromassage-bathtube, one of the bedrooms has two electric beds, Two bathroom with shower.

Next to the bedrooms there is a lounge room with fireplace and open kitchen, with the veranda and terraces facing the pool. Equipped with ping pong table and children's playground.

Separately also has a kitchen lounge 'all in one' especially in summer time, fully equipped and modern with direct access to the garden and barbecue also the pool surrounded by lawn, where for sure will spend pleasant evenings.

The distance to next town 'LLoseta' is less than a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk.
Also Inca, is secondly of Palma de Mallorca is one of the largest towns, just less than 10 minutes drive away.

The nearest beaches are in the Bay of Alcudia and Pollensa Bay.
