Outside terrace of 350 sqm and 600 sqm garden. The pool 10x5 mts. and depth of 1 m. to 1.80 m. Also grill with kitchen countertop and sink. Garage of 80 sqm.

Just a 15-minute driving you will find the best beaches in the north of Mallorca, Playa de Muro, Playa de cas Capella in Can Picafort, Playa de Son Serra de Marina, Puerto Alcudia ...

Nearest Golf Alcanada Golf Club or Golf Club Pollensa.

Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und sehr ruhig gelegen. Es war alles sehr sauber. Der Pool wurde gereinigt, Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden getauscht sowie die Bäder gereinigt. Wir waren zu Fünft in dem Haus. Ausstattung in der Küche könnte etwas großzügiger sein! Das Wohn-/Esszimmer sowie den Fernseher haben wir kaum benutzt, dafür war es wunderbar auf der Terrasse. Geschirrspülmaschine war gleich defekt, wurde aber kurzerhand durch eine Neue ersetzt, sehr schneller und toller Service! Super großzügige Gartenanlage mit großem Pool, Liegen und Außendusche. Abends kann die Anlage und der Pool beleuchtet werden. Auto unbedingt erforderlich!
