Son Puça I is an exclusive and elegant modern countryside villa with a private swimming pool and high-end finishes, located in a peaceful rural setting on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Búger, in the heart of northern Mallorca. An ideal property for those seeking privacy, comfort, and a strategic location close to beaches, nature, and local amenities.

The villa is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, the main entrance leads into a refined entrance hall that opens onto a spacious and comfortable living room, featuring a modern fireplace and large windows that allow plenty of natural light. Adjacent to this is the dining area, which can accommodate up to 12 guests and offers direct access to the terrace, the covered porch, and the well-maintained gardens.

The contemporary, fully equipped kitchen features a central island and an informal dining area. It also includes a wine cellar, a laundry room, a storage room, and a guest toilet, ensuring maximum comfort and functionality throughout the stay.

The master bedroom, located on the ground floor, offers a double bed, an additional sitting area with a double sofa bed, a walk-in dressing room, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower, providing a private and relaxing retreat.

On the first floor, a central hallway leads to four double bedrooms with twin beds and three full bathrooms, two of which are en suite, making the property ideal for families or groups who value space and privacy.

The house is fully equipped with air conditioning and heating (electric), Wi-Fi internet connection, and satellite TV, ensuring comfort all year round.

Outside, the kitchen provides direct access to a charming covered porch with a barbecue area decorated in traditional Mallorcan style, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. The large private swimming pool is surrounded by lawned areas and beautifully landscaped gardens. At the entrance of the property, there is a small natural pond with frogs and a delightful orange grove, enhancing the authentic rural atmosphere of the estate.

For golf enthusiasts, the property is conveniently located near two renowned golf courses in the north of the island: Alcanada Golf Club in Alcúdia and Pollença Golf Club, situated between the town of Pollença and Puerto Pollensa.

The stunning beaches of the Bay of Alcúdia and the Bay of Pollensa are just a 15-minute drive away. Likewise, the charming villages of Búger and Sa Pobla, known for their traditional character, local markets, and excellent gastronomy, are only a short drive away, offering the perfect balance between rural tranquillity and authentic local life.

Nearby are two of our other properties, 'Son Fornes', for 6 people, and 'Casa Antonio', for 9 people. If you are organizing a seminar or a large group of family or friends who want to stay close together, it is ideal to rent all three houses simultaneously (subject to availability), accommodating a total capacity of 25 people.

The accommodation is comfortable and very well equipped; we felt right at home straight away. We received a warm welcome, and communication with the host, PlanetVillas, was straightforward and quick. We loved enjoying the pool and the peaceful surroundings. I highly recommend this house and would love to return!
