Son Puça I is an exclusive and elegant modern countryside villa with a private swimming pool and high-end finishes, located in a peaceful rural setting on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Búger, in the heart of northern Mallorca. The villa is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, the main entrance leads into a refined entrance hall that opens onto a spacious and comfortable living room, featuring a modern fireplace and large windows that allow plenty of natural light. Adjacent to this is the dining area, which can accommodate up to 12 guests and offers direct access to the terrace, the covered porch, and the well-maintained gardens.

The contemporary, fully equipped kitchen features a central island and an informal dining area. It also includes a wine cellar, a laundry room, a storage room, and a guest toilet, ensuring maximum comfort and functionality throughout the stay.

The master bedroom, located on the ground floor, offers a double bed, an additional sitting area with a double sofa bed, a walk-in dressing room, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower, providing a private and relaxing retreat.

On the first floor, a central hallway leads to four double bedrooms with twin beds and three full bathrooms, two of which are en suite, making the property ideal for families or groups who value space and privacy.
