Accessing from inside by a spiral staircase, we find another living room with a solarium terrace to enjoy the sea views, and a bathroom with shower.

On the ground floor there is a garden, a barbecue and a laundry room.

Equipped with air conditioning in the kitchen, living room and one bedroom. Wifi Internet with free-of-charge access.

This property is ideal for families who want to relax and enjoy the sea in front of the beach.

The house is near the natural park of "S'Albufera", a natural park with marshes, dunes and which is of great ornithological and landscape value.

Beautiful beachfront villa in a fantastic location. We loved waking up to the sea views every morning and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The house was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Joy! The location is absolutely perfect — right on the beach with breathtaking sea views and unforgettable sunsets every evening. The house was spotless and very comfortable. We especially loved the outdoor areas, the peaceful atmosphere. Everything was exactly as described, and the planetvillas team was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.This was one of the best vacations we’ve had in Mallorca, and we hope to come back next year. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront escape!
