Es Convent, Genuine village house in Alcudia-Murallas, Mallorca

Initial arrival was good with good communications from the agent. Main bedroom is not private. All was well until we had an issue with the electrics on the 4th day. The whole house tripped initially and we narrowed down the problem to the air and conditioner fault. Communicated to agent but sometimes I felt we were subjected to an hour of messages back and forth to look at this and that before it was decided that someone had to look at it. Owner arrived the next day and found fault to be electric boiler and unplugged this and air conditioning worked again. This then led to another issue which was due to the lack of hot water which was communicated but never rectified. I appreciate its an old property but issues should be addressed in a timely manner. We also had the daily visits from cock roaches even in the bedroom. Would not stay again. Probably won't publish this anyway.

Es Convent is a beautiful traditional villa in Alcudia. It has real character and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay within the old part of the town.
