Casa Pequeña is a cosy and charming villa with a garden and private pool located in the Crestatx residential area, between Pollensa and Sa Pobla, just a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Puerto Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa.
The house is on one floor and has a living/dining room with a porch, a fitted kitchen open to the living room, one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a trundle bed, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. It is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, internet, TV, satellite, DVD and stereo, and a built-in barbecue.
Outside, there is a large swimming pool surrounded by lawns, a garden area and a terrace with sun loungers for relaxing in the sun. The porch is equipped with a table and chairs for pleasant evenings and family barbecues in the fresh air.
The Crestatx residential area is highly regarded for its tranquillity, abundant vegetation and proximity to the Crestatx sanctuary, an iconic landmark in the area. Just a few minutes away is Sa Pobla, an authentic Mallorcan village famous for its cuisine, farmers' market and local atmosphere. Here you will find several supermarkets and everything you need.
The location is unbeatable. In just 10-15 minutes by car you can reach the wonderful beaches of Puerto de Alcúdia and Puerto de Pollença, two of the most highly rated coastal destinations in the north of the island. Also nearby is the historic town of Pollença, one of the most emblematic destinations in northern Mallorca, with a charming old town, a wide range of cultural activities and unique natural spaces such as Puig de Maria and Vall d'en March. The Pollensa Golf Course is just a few minutes' drive from the house. The town of Alcúdia, with its medieval walls, marina and wide range of gastronomic and leisure options, is also nearby.
