El Bosque is a charming holiday home, set in a privileged natural environment, surrounded by forest in a residential area of “Las Palmeras”. This cosy country house offers an oasis of peace and privacy just minutes away from some of the best locations in southern Mallorca. Only 5 minutes from El Arenal and Playa de Palma, and very close to the charming Cala Blava, it perfectly combines tranquillity with easy access to all amenities.

The property is distributed on a single floor and has been designed to provide comfort and spaciousness. It features a bright living-dining area with large glass windows and direct views of the pool, with access to the outdoor porch equipped with a large table, ideal for al fresco dining. The fully equipped kitchen includes all appliances and utensils needed for a comfortable stay.

The sleeping area consists of 5 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms with shower, air conditioning (hot/cold) and ceiling fans. Four bedrooms have twin beds and one has a double bed. In addition, there is a guest toilet. All bedrooms are fitted with mosquito nets for added comfort.

The house offers WiFi, satellite TV and a ping pong table for entertainment.

Outside, there is a large garden area with natural lawn and a spacious private swimming pool. Next to it, a cosy pergola-covered chill-out area, a sun terrace with twelve sun loungers, and a barbecue area, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. There is also an outdoor bathroom with shower.

The location is ideal for exploring some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, such as Cala Pi, Cap Blanc and the stunning Es Trenc, famous for its crystal-clear waters and white sand. Golf lovers can also enjoy the nearby Golf Maioris.

Palma de Mallorca, with its vibrant cultural, gastronomic and shopping scene, as well as Palma de Mallorca Airport, are just a 15–20 minute drive away.
