On the ground floor, there is a bright living-dining room with direct access to the terrace, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen opening onto the outdoor area, where the barbecue, porch and private pool are located. On this same floor, there is also a double bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another ideal for children, equipped with a bunk bed and an extra bed. There is also a full bathroom and a pleasant terrace.
The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, with air conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
The location is perfect for exploring the north of Mallorca: the lively town of Puerto de Alcúdia is just 2 km away, offering a wide range of restaurants, shops and leisure activities, whilst Palma de Mallorca is around 45 km away.
For nature lovers, just a few minutes away is the S'Albufera Nature Reserve, a protected area of great ecological value covering over 1,700 hectares of marshes, dunes and grasslands, ideal for birdwatching and walks in the heart of nature.
Additionally, the Sa Comuna de Muro area leads straight to the beach, offering unspoilt, uncrowded landscapes that make this setting a true natural paradise.

Our stay at this property was very nice, the house is really close from the beach, we had everything we need, and also parking at the street was available all the time. It was perfect and we are thinking about going again next year.

Hervorragende Lage. Es liegt nicht an der Hauptstraße, sondern in einem Wohngebiet; in der näheren Umgebung gibt es mehrere kleine, gute Restaurants sowie Auto- und Fahrradverleihe, und auch der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt. Es gibt einen kleinen Pool und einen Grillplatz für Mahlzeiten im Freien sowie alles, was man braucht – unser Urlaub war einfach unübertrefflich, wir kommen wieder!
