The environment is residential but just a few minutes away you will find everything you need. Port Adriano is 900mts away and has many shops, restaurants and a beach with fine sand and crystal clear water, near the port you can also visit the Santa Ponça golf courses.From Santa Ponça you can take a boat trip to visit the Dragonera Island, also in Santa Ponsa, on Saturdays you will find the typical weekly market.

Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen in dieser Villa. Die Bäder und auch die Küche sind in manchen Teilen renovierungsbedürftig, auch zwei Schränke in den oberen Schlafzimmern benötigen eine Renovierung, da diese scheinbar durch einen Wassereinbruch nass geworden sind und daher einen unangenehmen Geruch absondern. Trotzdem haben wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub dort verlebt. Das Haus ist großzügig, sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einen sehr schönen Garten mit einer direkt angrenzenden Terrasse, auf der wir gemütlich gesessen haben. Auch unsere Fragen an die Eigentümerin wurden prompt beantwortet. Lt. ihrer Aussage steht auch in Kürze eine Renovierung der Bäder und der Küche an.
