Just 5 km away lies Inca, one of the most important towns on the island after Palma. With a wide range of services, shops, restaurants and its emblematic weekly market, Inca is a strategic location for those seeking convenience and good connections while still enjoying a peaceful environment.

The central location in Mallorca makes it easy to reach any point on the island: the beautiful beaches of Alcúdia Bay and Pollença Bay are around a 30-minute drive away, including popular destinations such as Cala Sant Vicenç, Port de Pollença, Playa de Muro and Port d’Alcúdia.

The property is distributed over two floors.
The ground floor features a spacious dining room with fireplace, a cosy living area, a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the porch and pool, a double bedroom and a complete bathroom with bathtub.
The upper floor includes two bright double bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower. All three bedrooms are equipped with high-quality air-conditioning units to ensure maximum comfort, even during the warmest months. Equipped with Internet WIFI.

Wir waren schon das 4te Mal in der Villa Tugores, 2x im Juli/August, 2x im Oktober. Es war immer ganz wunderbar. Die Vermittlungsagentur Planet Villas ist absolut zu empfehlen, die Kommunikation extrem gut. Chary ist super hilfsbereit und Rückmeldungen erhält man immer unverzüglich. Der Eigentümer des Hauses, Toni, ist super freundlich, wenn doch mal was ist, hilft er sofort. Er ist absolut diskret, man merkt ihn kaum, auch wenn er ab und zu mal den Pool reinigen kommt, meist so früh, dass man selbst noch schläft. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, bis auf Hühner und Hunde ist kaum was zu hören. Die Lage in der Inselmitte ist für uns immer klasse, man ist in Alcudia in ca. 30 Minuten, genauso wie in Palma. Für uns die perfekte Lage, um individuell die gesamte Insel immer wieder auf's neue zu erkunden. Das Haus und der Pool ist nicht einsehbar, der Pool ist ganz fantastisch und schön groß. Tolle Sitzgelegenheiten, Außendusche, Tisch-Tennisplatte, die von uns immer genutzt wurde. Im Haus selbst gibt es drei Schlafzimmer, eines unten und zwei in der oberen Etage, Es ist eine schöne spanische Villa, die im Sommer die Kühle im Haus bewahrt. Alle drei Schlafzimmer sind mit hochwertigen Klimageräten ausgestattet, so dass für einen guten Schlaf im Sommer gesorgt werden kann. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht! Im Vorraum zur Küche gibt es noch einen zusätzlichen großen Kühlschrank, in dem man Vorräte lagern kann, wirklich großartig, und für Sportfreunde auch ein Hometrainer :). Es fehlt an nichts. Immer wieder gern! Vielen Dank für die unkomlizierte Betreuung und die damit verbunde tolle Zeit, die wir jedes Mal verleben können.
