The villa situated in the residential area of Son Floriana is only approx. 350 mts. away from the beach of Cala Bona.
Cala Bona is a small coastal village with 2 beaches and is special for its atmosphere of terraces of restaurants and bars during the warm summer nights.
For golf lovers it is only 3 km to 'Costa de los pinos' and 4 km to 'Pula golf', 2,5 km to Cala Millor, where you can find restaurants, shops and other services.
