Distributed over two floors, the ground floor has a spacious terrace which sea view, garden with lawn with terrace furniture's 'chill-out', living room, fully equipped open design kitchen with access directly to the covered terrace.

On the ground floor, two bedrooms, each with a double bed, share a bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs is a double bedroom with double bed and a distributor with two single sofa chaise-longue and access to the rear terrace, bathroom with shower accessible from two sides.
From the front terrace from the room it has access to the roof terrace with sun beds with panoramic sea views to the Marina and the beach of Sa Rapita.

The house is equipped with air-conditioning cold / heat and free Internet (Wi-Fi).
