'Es Lledoner' This old finca has been restored with two houses, one of them is the main one, but it is bigger and the other one is separated right next to it. Both of them have their characteristic and authentic country air of the old Majorcan times, with their thick stone walls.

On the estate there are two properties, this house 'Es Lledoner 2' is a rural house distributed on one floor, consisting of a living room, kitchen open to the living room with dining room, three bedrooms, one with a double bed and with bathroom en suite, the other two one with a double bed with canopy, and the third room with a bed.

The house Ref: 4339A ' Es Lledoner 3 'is a typical Majorcan country house distributed on one floor, consisting of a living room, kitchen open to the living room with dining area, two double bedrooms, with double bed and bathroom en suite. Outside there is a furnished porch and a Balinese bed.

The two houses have a furnished porch, and share the garden areas, where there is a large swimming pool of 10x5 surrounded by a solarium terrace with sunbeds and parasols, a covered barbecue with a chill-out area, as well as a children's area with swings, a ping-pong table, and a forest area. Outside there is a covered parking area for 4 cars and an open-air parking area for another 4 cars.

Both houses are equipped with Wifi internet, SAT TV, microwave, dishwasher, hairdryer, fans, board games, table tennis, table football, mobile barbecues x2 and outdoor kitchen with barbecue, Balinese beds, swings for children, hammock, 10 sunbeds ....

Ideal for families of friends who want to have privacy and at the same time enjoy evenings together. They can be rented together or separately. The owners of the house also live on the property, but the swimming pool and communal areas are for the exclusive use of guests only.

The beach of Porto Colom is only 15 minutes away by car approximately.
