Can Bosch is a privileged property located in the idyllic Vall de Colonya, one of the most beautiful and peaceful areas in the north of Mallorca. Surrounded by mountains, hills and olive groves, the estate offers a unique atmosphere where tranquillity, nature and panoramic views are the true protagonists. As recent guests highlighted, “the views are truly stunning from every angle: the Pollença valley, the Puig de Maria, the trees and hills surrounding the house… We spent hours marvelling at them and enjoying the birdlife —booted eagles, vultures, nightingales— and the starry sky at night.”

The villa is situated at the end of a winding lane with a private entrance, ensuring complete privacy. A car is recommended, as the property is located about 3 km from Pollença. Access is via a paved road up to the entrance of the estate and then along a 400-metre stretch of dirt track. The surroundings are so special that the journey is more than worthwhile: it is an area that invites walking, exploring and disconnecting.

The house, all on one floor, offers spacious, bright and very comfortable rooms. The living-dining room features a decorative fireplace, ceiling fan and direct access to the main porch, furnished with outdoor sofas and tables —perfect for relaxing at any time of the day.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dining table and utility room.

A hallway leads to the three bedrooms, all generous in size and equipped with hot/cold air conditioning and ceiling fans. The master bedroom features a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The other two bedrooms have single beds (90 x 1.90 cm) and share a second full bathroom with bathtub.
Guests especially value the comfort and organisation of the house: “spotlessly clean, very well equipped and truly welcoming —a real home away from home.”

Outdoors, on one side of the house, you will find the private pool (8 x 4 m) with a gentle slope between its shallow (1 m) and deepest (2 m) areas. Next to it is a lovely porch with a ceiling fan, sun loungers, outdoor table and built-in barbecue —ideal for enjoying evenings “al fresco”.
On the opposite side, a second terrace offers impressive views of the surrounding mountains, a perfect spot for reading, meditating or simply admiring the landscape.

Just a 5-minute drive away lies Pollença, one of Mallorca’s most charming towns, known for its cobbled streets, lively main square, Sunday market and the iconic Calvari steps.

Also nearby is Cala Sant Vicenç, a collection of small coves with turquoise waters and dramatic rocky scenery. Its beaches —Cala Barques, Cala Molins and Cala Clara— are ideal for swimming, snorkelling and enjoying a privileged natural setting.

Within 10–12 minutes you reach Port de Pollença, famous for its spectacular bay, its pine-lined seaside promenade (Pine Walk), its laid-back atmosphere and family-friendly beaches with calm, crystal-clear waters. It is also an excellent spot for water sports, cycling and hiking in the Tramuntana Mountains.

A short drive away awaits the Formentor peninsula, one of the island’s most iconic landscapes, renowned for its lighthouse, scenic viewpoints and its stunning deep-blue beach —a must-visit during your stay.

Everything we had hoped for. A quiet beautiful place in the countryside, but still only 10-15 minutes drive from the lovely city Pollenca. The house and pool area had been updated here and there, so we actually found it better in real life than on the pictures. And everything worked as it should.Quick and kind communication with Planet Villas, who we rented the house through.The road to get there is a bit winding, but not long and in return you get mountain view, peace and (aside from cicadas) silence. Would definitely recommend.

can bosch was the perfect villa for our trip to mallorca, a beautiful setting in complete isolation. the tranquility was just what we needed and the villa provided more than enough to keep two teenagers entertained with table tennis and swimming pool. air-conditioning in the bedrooms was great to ensure a decent nights sleep and escape from the heat. you will definitely need a car to access the lovely town of pollensa which is only a 10min drive away along the country lanes. if there on a sunday don’t miss out on the bustling market day. be prepared for the windy drive off the road to villa, all part of the adventure! kitchen basic but well stocked with essentials (crockery, utensils) to make a few meals when we didn’t venture out. would highly recommend for a trip to northern mallorca!
