This property has an approximate extension of 14.000m2, the house has about 450 m2 distributed over two floors.

On the ground floor are located the kitchen and the laundry room, the living-dining room with fireplace, a toilet, two double bedrooms and bathroom en suite with bathtub and shower each one of them.

The living/dining room has access to the porch with barbecue. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms and two suites with 4 bathrooms with bathtub and shower.

Each suite has a sitting room. All bedrooms on the first floor have access to a terrace with views, all beds are single.

The house is equipped with wifi in the living room, en suite bathrooms in all rooms, air conditioning hot and cold, satellite TV, safe, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, porch, barbecue and covered parking. Outside, you can enjoy a large swimming pool (12x9m), 12 sun loungers and parasols and a large porch terrace.

On the estate there is a free volleyball court to be shared and a tennis court to be shared, to be booked in advance and at extra cost.

This villa is located only about three kilometres from the village of Petra, which offers all basic services and is world famous for being the birthplace of the saintly Fray Junipero Serra, founder of the California missions.

In about 20 minutes by car you reach Son Serra de Marina and its small marina 'Son Serra Nova' where you can enjoy two beautiful and picturesque beaches 'Sa Canova' and 'Son Real'.

The Villa is located in front of the Puig de Bonany, a mountain whose Mediterranean vegetation surrounds paths of great beauty. To reach the monastery of the Ermita de Bonany, from where you can enjoy incomparable views of the whole island, there is a path, about 200m from the estate, which is only accessible on foot, where you can go hiking.

If you wish to go to the aforementioned monastery by car, there is a well-paved road from the entrance to the village of Petra to the Hermitage.

The neighbouring villages are very typical, such as Sineu, Santa Margarita... where you can visit the markets and enjoy their products.

Villas Petra are highly recommended for groups of cyclists, from this area where the houses are located there is access to many cycling routes, on the property there is space to store the bicycles.
