New house with modern and avant-garde architectural forms built on a plot of rural land, with ample spaces bright and sunny.

The property enjoys the countryside environment while offering panoramic views by the village of Sant Joan, just a few minutes walk from the village.

All the house comprises on the groundfloor with large living room with direct access to the porch and terraces, magnificent designer kitchen with office-dining room with large windows that open directly onto the terrace and the infinity pool (4x12m) area.

It has three bedrooms all with direct access to the pool area: The master-suite with 1,50 x 1,90 bed, dressing room, and beautiful en-suite bathroom with jets-shower.

A double room with separate beds 90 x 1,90 cm. and the other one double room with two pull-out bed 90 x 190cm.
Both share a bathroom with bath-tub.

Upstairs currently has a large common room with several games, ping pong table, TV, stereo and panoramic views to the village and the pool. Equipped with internet access, TV SAT, and heating.

Outside with nice terraces along the front with barbecue specific area on the same porch and adjoin the kitchen.

The surroundings are very pleasant and quiet always predominate overlooking the village of Sant Joan and the rear of the house is located the 'Cami de Consolació' and its forest setting.

Een geweldig huis met een mooi uitzicht op het dorp.
We hebben genoten tijdens ons verblijf. Het huis beschikt over een heerlijk groot zwembad. Dagelijks hebben we hier gebruikt van gemaakt. Elke avond hebben getafeltennist. De inrichting is erg mooi en het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Een mooie open keuken en ‘s ochtends heerlijk ontbijten op het terras. De huiseigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en staan bij elke vraag gelijk voor je klaar. Het huis ligt op een mooie locatie. Ideaal om tot rust te komen. Een aanrader!

Insgesamt schönes, sauberes Haus . Sehr liebe Besitzer ( auch immer zu erreichen) Einzig die Couch im Wohnzimmer sollte ersetzt werden und das Bett im Masterbedroom ist nur ein Queensize mit 1,50 Breite, leider keine 1,80 m breit. Ansonsten alles supi.

Wunderbares Haus mit tollem Pool! Wir haben 2 herrliche Wochen dort verbracht.Die Vermieterin war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage! Wir hatten einen sonnigen Aufenthalt ohne Probleme. Eigentümer sehr nett bei An- und Abreise. Insgesamt ein Objekt, in dem es sich sehr gut aushalten lässt, auch aufgrund der schönen Pool-Anlage. Einziges Manko: die kleine Kaffee-Maschine, die bei vier Kaffeetrinkern ziemlich viel Arbeit hatte, könnte verbessert werden. Alles in allem konnten wir einen schönen Urlaub genießen. Tim

Sehr schönes Haus. Ruhige Lage mit tollem Blick auf den Ort. Super sauberer Pool, nachts automatische Reinigung. Tolle Küche. Tor und Garage mit Fernbedienung zu öffnen. Modernes Inventar, Betreuung vor Ort schnell und nett. Sauberkeit okay. Naturgrundstück gepflegt. Sehr großzügiges Anwesen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 600 Meter. Paukenschlag am Nachbargrundstück beeinträchtigt Sauberkeit des Pools in der Terrasse, eben Naturgrundstück.

Maison sympa, conforme aux photos, grande piscine et proprio à l'écoute des demandes

Bien située ds 1 village calme, mais touristique donc commodités à aller chercher ailleurs...a distance égale des lieux touristiques.

Die Ausstattung der gebuchten Unterkunft war sehr gut. Badetücher, Bettwäsche waren vorhanden. Wir wurden freundlich von der Eigentümerin empfangen. Uns wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt. Alle Zimmer waren sauber und in Ordnung. Die offene Küche mit Esszimmer und mit direktem Zugang zur Terrasse mit voller Sicht auf das Dorf. Im Obergeschoss steht eine Tischtennisplatte, diese haben wir oft genutzt. Die Bäder waren sehr schön und sauber. Es gab 3 Toiletten und 3 Duschen. Wir können dieses Objekt nur empfehlen. Das Objekt verfügt über einen Pool der sehr toll ist und er hat Salzwasser.

Wonderful Majorcan get-away

The villa was absolutely lovely. Very modern, and if you love to cook, it has everything you need! Bedrooms all on 1 level which is great. Pool was in great shape. Owners stopped by and made sure we had everything we needed. We brought our baby and they had a stroller, crib, baby bath and car seat waiting for us. Would return in a heartbeat!
