Es Mussol is a spacious holiday home of approximately 350 m² set on a private rustic estate of around 3,000 m² near Sa Pobla, in the north of Mallorca. Its open position offers beautiful panoramic views of the Serra de Tramuntana and a peaceful setting, ideal for enjoying a holiday with family or friends.

The house combines generous living spaces, privacy and particularly attractive outdoor areas. On the ground floor, there is a bright living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, both with direct access to the large covered porch, a pleasant space for enjoying meals and relaxing outdoors. The porch features traditional Mallorcan-style terrace furniture and a built-in barbecue.

In front of the terrace is the private Roman-shaped swimming pool, surrounded by a large area of natural lawn with plenty of space for sunbathing, playing or simply relaxing in the peaceful rural surroundings. The garden and the generous size of the estate make the outdoor area one of the property's main attractions.

The house has four bedrooms and four bathrooms distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, and another with twin beds and a separate full bathroom.

The other two bedrooms are located on the upper floor. One has an en-suite bathroom with shower and its own private terrace, offering views of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains and the surrounding countryside. The second bedroom also has a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are equipped with hot and cold air conditioning.

The location makes it easy to combine relaxing at the country house with trips to the coast and some of the most attractive places in northern Mallorca. The beaches of the Bay of Alcúdia can be reached in approximately 10–15 minutes by car. This long stretch of sandy coastline extends from Puerto de Alcúdia to Can Picafort. The Bay of Pollença is also within easy reach, with its beaches, seafront promenade and the attractive surroundings of Pollença.

Sa Pobla is a lively year-round town with a strong Mallorcan identity, particularly known for its gastronomy, traditional festivals and local atmosphere. Its location is also convenient for exploring both the northern coast and the interior of the island, with easy access to Alcúdia, Pollença, Muro and other nearby towns.

Guests who enjoy sports will find a wide range of facilities in the surrounding area. Sa Pobla has a comprehensive sports complex with football pitches, tennis courts, paddle tennis courts, squash courts and an Olympic-size swimming pool. Golf enthusiasts can choose between Alcanada Golf and Golf Pollença, two of the closest golf courses to the property.
