Fetget is a charming country house located in the northeast of Mallorca, in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature. The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, a large open-plan living area brings together several connected spaces: the entrance hall, a cosy living room with fireplace, a sitting area, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. This area opens directly onto the covered terrace, a particularly pleasant space for enjoying breakfast outdoors, relaxing in the shade or having dinner together. Just in front is the private swimming pool, surrounded by lawn and facing the countryside, with unobstructed views towards the sea and mountains.

The same floor has two double bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of them en suite, as well as a guest toilet. The upper floor is entirely dedicated to the master bedroom, offering greater privacy and its own private terrace. From here, you can enjoy pleasant panoramic views over the Mallorcan countryside, the mountains and the sea.

The property stands on a plot of approximately 7,000 m², surrounded by the characteristic rural landscape of Mallorca. Its location and generous outdoor spaces provide privacy, peace and a genuine sense of being close to nature, while remaining within easy reach of beaches, villages and local amenities.
