Just 3 km from the charming town of Felanitx, in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature, Casa Finais a spacious Mallorcan finca designed for relaxing holidays with family or friends. Its generous indoor and outdoor living areas, together with the privacy of the property, make it an excellent choice for groups of up to 12 guests.

The outdoor area is centred around an impressive 14 x 7 metre private swimming pool, surrounded by spacious sun terraces with loungers and comfortable seating areas. Next to the pool, you'll find a fully equipped outdoor barbecue area with a summer kitchen, covered terrace and al fresco dining space, ideal for enjoying meals together throughout your stay.

The villa is mainly distributed over one level, providing easy access to most areas of the property. Inside, there is a bright living room with a fireplace, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with an open-plan dining area, as well as a separate dining room.

On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with twin beds. The fourth bedroom is located in the tower and features a double bed, a private shower room and access to a charming lookout terrace with views across the surrounding countryside and the Sant Salvador Monastery. In addition, two spacious independent bedrooms are located next to the pool terrace, each with its own en-suite bathroom and adapted access for guests with reduced mobility, allowing comfortable access to most areas of the property.

Casa Fina is equipped with Wi-Fi, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and dining area, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, safe, hairdryer and everything needed for a comfortable and carefree stay. Pets are welcome upon request.

Its location makes it an ideal base for exploring some of the most authentic places in southeast Mallorca. Felanitx has preserved the character of a traditional Mallorcan town and offers a lively weekly market, local shops and excellent restaurants. Nearby are the historic Santueri Castle and the Sant Salvador Monastery, both offering spectacular panoramic views across the island. Just a short drive away is Portocolom, one of Mallorca's most picturesque natural harbours, renowned for its relaxed atmosphere, waterfront promenade and excellent seafront restaurants.
