Llac Blau is an elegant villa with a private pool that combines խաղաղ surroundings, comfort, and a prime location just a few minutes from the beautiful beach of Puerto de Alcudia. The villa is spacious, bright, and spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find an elegant entrance hall, a large and light-filled living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one twin bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), a full bathroom, and a private garage. The upper floor features two twin bedrooms with single beds (90 x 200 cm), another full bathroom, and a spacious master suite with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), an en-suite bathroom, and access to a lovely private terrace. The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort throughout the year.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool measuring 6.5 x 3.5 metres, with a depth ranging from 1 to 1.6 metres, an outdoor shower, and private parking, creating the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate.

Puerto de Alcudia is home to one of Mallorca's most spectacular beaches, stretching for over 11 kilometres of fine golden sand and crystal-clear waters, making it an ideal destination for families thanks to its shallow shoreline. Just a short distance from the villa, you will find the marina and its lively promenade, lined with restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and leisure venues. The area also offers a wide range of activities, including cycling, golf, tennis, sailing, paddle boarding, boat excursions, and horse riding.

Only 2 kilometres away lies the charming historic town of Alcudia, one of Mallorca's most beautiful villages. Wander through its impressive medieval walls, visit the ancient Roman city of Pollentia and the Roman Theatre, or enjoy its excellent selection of restaurants, cafés, and local shops. Palma, the island's capital, is just a 45-minute drive away and is well worth a visit for its magnificent Cathedral, Bellver Castle, charming old town, and excellent shopping opportunities.
