With views of Artà’s “castle” and surrounded by a charming grove of holm oaks and wild olive trees (ullastres), where the swimming pool blends beautifully into the landscape, Es Romagueral is a lovely rustic estate, restored in a refined and elegant style that is also comfortable and practical. An idyllic place to switch off and enjoy the authentic Mallorcan character, immersed in nature, peace and scenery.

Just a few minutes’ walk away, along the same access path to the property, you reach the village of Artà, with its lively old town, small terraces and restaurants, charming shops and a truly authentic local atmosphere. Artà is also an ideal base for exploring the northeast of the island: wild nature, walking and cycling routes, unspoilt coves, and some of Mallorca’s most special landscapes nearby.

The house is comfortably laid out all on one level: a hallway with direct access to the terrace and covered porch; a cosy dining area next to a bright, Mallorcan brick kitchen, fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, dishwasher and coffee machine.
The living room is separate and very welcoming, with comfortable sofas, TV, CD and DVD player, WiFi connection, a fireplace, and access to the terrace.
There are three double bedrooms with double beds, all with direct access to the outside, and two full bathrooms with shower and bathtub, one of them en suite.
Outside, next to the swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 1.60 m), you will find the barbecue area with table and benches, perfect for enjoying pleasant al fresco evenings, both day and night.

The property is equipped with: satellite TV, Internet, WiFi, CD and DVD player, safe, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer, fixed barbecue, fireplace, fan, hairdryer, cot and high chair.

At the end of the lane, already in Artà, the route to Ses Païssesalso begins: the municipality’s most important Talayotic settlement and one of the most outstanding archaeological sites in the eastern part of the island. A must-see for those who enjoy history and culture.

And if you fancy the sea and unspoilt scenery, in about 10–15 minutes by car you can reach some of the most beautiful and wild coves around Artà: Sa Duaia, Cala Torta, Cala Estreta and Cala Mitjana, in a privileged setting near the Península del Parc Natural de Llevant.

For golf lovers, the location is ideal: in just a few minutes you can reach several renowned courses: Capdepera Golf (less than 5 minutes by car), Golf Canyamel (approx. 10–15 min), Pula Golf (approx. 10–15 min) and Golf Son Servera (approx. 10–15 min).
