Sa Sini is a cosy country house located on the outskirts of Búger, in a very quiet rural area that guarantees privacy and relaxation — ideal for enjoying a peaceful holiday in contact with nature.

The house combines traditional Mallorcan rustic charm with modern comforts. It features a bright living–dining room with a fireplace, equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and Wi-Fi internet, creating a pleasant atmosphere both in summer and during the cooler months. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including an oven, microwave, toaster, electric filter coffee machine and a small dishwasher, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.

On the main floor there are two double bedrooms with single beds, as well as two bathrooms: one full bathroom with a bathtub and another with a shower. From the living room, a wooden staircase leads to a loft area with two additional single beds, an ideal space for children or young guests (not recommended for elderly people or guests with reduced mobility due to the steep stairs).

The property is fully fenced, offering security and peace of mind, and pets are welcome. Outside, the highlight is the private swimming pool, surrounded by a spacious sun terrace perfect for sunbathing. The barbecue area, gardens with fruit trees and the pleasant covered porch create the perfect setting for long outdoor evenings with family or friends.

Its location is another of its great advantages:
The spectacular beaches of Alcúdia Bay and Pollença are just a 10–15 minute drive away. Pollença Golf Course is approximately 10 km away, while Sa Pobla, with supermarkets, restaurants and services, is only 3 km from the house.
The village of Búger can be reached on foot, approximately 1.2 km away. It is the smallest village in Mallorca, full of charm, and has become a popular meeting point for cycling and hiking enthusiasts.

Sa Sini is a perfect choice for families seeking tranquillity, nature and good access to the best beaches and attractions in the north of Mallorca.
