Es Mussol Holiday Home, a 350m² property set on a rustic estate of approximately 3,000m², located in Sa Pobla, with panoramic views of the 'Serra de Tramuntana'.

Just a 10-15 minute drive away, you can enjoy the beaches of Alcúdia Bay, stretching from Puerto de Alcudia to Can Picafort, with approximately 11 kilometres of sandy coastline. You can also explore the picturesque Pollença Bay with its seaside promenade and beaches.

'Es Mussol', surrounded by a garden, is distributed on the ground floor with a spacious entrance hall, a bright living-dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances. Both spaces have direct access to the large porch with typical Majorcan terrace furniture and a well-equipped built-in barbecue on one side of the porch, all overlooking the generous 'Roman' shaped pool surrounded by a very extensive area of natural grass.

On the same ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom (shower), the other bedroom equipped with single beds and an additional full bathroom.

Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, one with its own terrace and en-suite bathroom (shower), offering panoramic views of the Tramuntana mountains and surroundings. The other bedroom has a bathroom with shower.

All bedrooms are equipped with cold/hot air conditioning systems.

Sa Pobla, with over 12,000 inhabitants, is a dynamic and modern town where tradition and modernity coexist in a harmonious balance. As a land of hospitality, cultural diversity, and open minds, Sa Pobla boasts one of the most significant cultural, gastronomic, and commercial offerings in northern Mallorca, serving as a genuine bridge between the cosmopolitan coastal Mallorca and the inland Mallorca.

Sports enthusiasts in Sa Pobla have access to one of the most comprehensive sports complexes, with artificial turf football fields, tennis courts (both clay and quick), paddle tennis, squash, and an Olympic-sized swimming pool. Golf enthusiasts can also enjoy Aucanada Golf, in Alcúdia and Golf Pollença, in the town of Pollensa, the two closest courses.
