Sa Font is a cosy country house with a private pool, located on top of a hill with breathtaking views over the picturesque village of Petra and the surrounding countryside. The property is set in a very peaceful area, ideal for those seeking tranquillity and a true escape to nature.
The living-dining room with fireplace combines rustic style with modern touches, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rustic kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The house offers three bedrooms:
Ground floor: a double bedroom with a queen-size bed, TV, air conditioning, and direct access to the porch; plus another bedroom with two single beds. Both share a complete bathroom with shower.
Upper floor (mezzanine): a double bedroom with air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with shower, and a private terrace with spectacular views.
Outside, you can enjoy several terraces and a spacious porch with garden furniture, a barbecue area, private parking, a chill-out space perfect for relaxation, and a fenced pool, highly recommended for families with young children. The pool measures 7.5 x 3.5 meters with a depth of 1.2 to 1.6 meters (chlorine).
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the master bedroom upstairs and the double bedroom on the ground floor.
The nearest beaches, such as Can Picafort, Son Serra de Marina, and Playa de Muro, are only a 15-20 minute drive away.
The charming village of Petra, just a couple of minutes away, offers traditional restaurants, local shops, banks, and all essential services. Petra is also known as the birthplace of Fray Junípero Serra, a historically important missionary, and preserves a beautiful old town with stone houses, quiet squares, and authentic Mallorcan atmosphere.
The surroundings are ideal for hiking, cycling, or horseback riding, with numerous rural paths crossing fields, vineyards, and gentle hills. Thanks to its central location on the island, it is also perfect for exploring other delightful nearby towns such as Ariany, Sineu, and Manacor.
