This house was built in 1914 and it was one of the first distilleries in Mallorca. In fact the warehouse can still be seen today as it has been exceptionally well maintained over the years and has recently been restored.
The building has been refurbished in keeping with a typical Mallorcan style town house and much of the original features have been conservedreproduced in line with the original building using where possible local materials.
The configuration of the property is as follows:

Llubí is a quiet and unspoilt village which has all the usual shops and bars and is near several beaches including Alcudia and Can Picafort. However, one of the main advantages of its location, is that it has a train station which is on the Palma, Sa Pobla railway and only takes 30 minutes to the capital. Llubí is also very accessible by car as it is conveniently located near to the main road which runs from Palma to Inca.
