The villa is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, a spacious entrance hall leads to a large open-plan living and dining area with direct access to the covered terrace and pool area through large windows. The modern, fully equipped kitchen features a comfortable breakfast area and direct access to the outdoor spaces. A guest toilet is also located on this level.

Upstairs, there are four spacious double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes, and access to private terraces offering pleasant views of the surrounding countryside.

The outdoor area has been designed to make the most of Mallorca's wonderful climate. The impressive private swimming pool (6 x 12 metres) is perfect for cooling off on warm summer days, while the spacious furnished porch, sun loungers, and shaded relaxation areas provide the ideal setting for outdoor dining, family gatherings, or simply unwinding in complete tranquillity.

For year-round comfort, the villa is equipped with underfloor heating and central air conditioning (hot and cold). Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and dedicated spaces suitable for remote working.

The villa is also ideally situated for exploring other highlights of the island, such as Santanyí, Cala Llombards, Cala Santanyí, Cala Mondragó, and the Mondragó Natural Park.
