It is located in one of the widest stretches of the beach, part of the 19 kilometres of fine sand and crystal-clear waters that make up the stunning Bahía de Alcúdia, a privileged setting for enjoying the sea and long walks along the shore.

The apartment is set within a private complex with pleasant communal gardens and direct access to the sandy beach, allowing you to enjoy the sea at any time of day with complete ease.

The property is distributed over a bright open-plan space with living-dining area and kitchen, slightly elevated and connected to a pleasant terrace with partial sea and beach views, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.

It features one bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.

The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning in the living room and bedroom (payable according to consumption), free WiFi, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, and everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The terrace has a designer railing which, for safety reasons, is not considered suitable for small children. Therefore, the apartment is only for adults.

Its location is also ideal for cycling enthusiasts, as it is close to major events such as the Mallorca 312and the IRONMAN 70.3 Alcúdia-Mallorca, and offers an excellent starting point for exploring Mallorca’s best cycling routes.

 The Canopus Building, part of the historic Ciudad Blanca complex in the Bay of Alcudia, is located right on the beachfront. Designed in the 1960s by architect Francisco Javier Sáenz de Oiza, it stands out for its integration with the sea, its spacious terraces, private gardens, a communal recycling area, and direct and exclusive beach access. The apartments on the first and second floors are accessed via regular stairs and then a spiral staircase.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment direkt am Meer. Jeden Morgen mit diesem traumhaften Blick aufzuwachen und den Sonnenuntergang von der Terrasse aus zu genießen, war einfach unbezahlbar. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Wasser und ideal zum Entspannen als Paar. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die Agentur PlanetVillas war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder nach Mallorca und in dieses besondere Apartment zurück!

Die Wohnung ist perfekt, die Verwaltung freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Ausstattung sehr gut, das Meer vor der Tür. Eigentlich alles perfekt. Getrübt wird es dadurch, dass fast jeden Abend die Disco vom benachbarten Hotel so laut bis weit nach 22 Uhr herüberschallt, dass im Küchenschrank die Gläser klirren und ein normales Gespräch nicht möglich ist. Sehr schade, denn dafür können die Gastgeber nichts. Wohnung super, aber der Lärm und das Gekreische waren schwer auszuhalten.
