Experience the authentic Mediterranean in this modern-style villa located on the seafront in Son Serra de Marina, in the north of Mallorca. Its privileged location allows you to enjoy uninterrupted sea views from every corner of the house.

Nearby are the natural beaches of Sa Canova and Son Real, two areas of fine sand and clear waters ideal for walking, swimming or simply relaxing. Directly opposite is the small marina of Son Serra Nova, where traditional recreational and fishing boats leave and return every day. From the villa, it is a real spectacle to watch them sail.

The house is spread over three floors and has terraces at both the front and rear, where the barbecue is located.

The basement hides an indoor swimming pool measuring eleven metres long by four metres wide (unheated), perfect for swimming in complete privacy at any time of year.

On the main floor, the living-dining room with a fireplace opens onto the sea through large windows. A glass wall separates the space, so that even from the kitchen-dining room you can enjoy the view of the horizon. The designer kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and everything you need to prepare meals in a functional and elegant setting. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.

The glass staircase leads to the first floor, where there are three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Two of them have 1.65 m beds and the third has a 1.35 m bed.

The top floor is reserved for the master suite. A spacious area with a living room, fireplace, television, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with air conditioning. Surrounded by balconies and a terrace, it offers spectacular panoramic views of the sea and the bay of Alcúdia.

The large windows, equipped with automatic electric blinds, intensify the feeling of living above the sea. WIFI internet connection covers the entire house, making it easy to relax or work remotely.
