Located a few minutes by car from the beaches of Can Picafort and Playas de Muro, there is a large house with swimmingpool, open and covered terraces, and a wonderful garden with lawn ideal for families.
The house comprises On two levels with spacious stays, built and equipped with premium features and decorated with care and good taste.
On the ground floor we have the living-dining room next to the fully equipped kitchen with access to own patio-terrace very nice especially with the winter sun to enjoy it in the colder months. Two double bedrooms (with 2 beds of 0,90x2m and a suite with a bed of 1,50x2m), one bathroom and toilet.
Upstairs it has 3 double bedrooms with two bathrooms (one en-suite), two rooms with access to the upper terrace. Two bedrooms wit 2 beds of 1x2m and the maser room with a bed of 1,80x2m. Internet Wifi.
The outside of the house with a pleasant and fresh garden entirely surrounded with lawn also with a playground and barbecue area very well equipped. The swimmingpool of about 60m2 Depth 0,8-2,1m.) is elevated from the ground base giving it security for the children.
The property is located in one of the most emblematic spots in the north of the island which is the Albufera Natural Park, where walking through the environment is easy and enjoyable.
From the house just 15 minutes by car we can enjoy this environment as well as the tourist resorts of Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcudialonger way to Pollensa Bay, where Puerto Pollensa as principal also the beaches of Cala Molins and Cala Sant Vicent, Formentor...
For golf enthusiasts you have Aucanada Golf and Golf Pollenca , both about 20-30 minutes by car.

Great location, play equipment for children, swimming pool, pool fence available, very well kept gardens, good lighting at night, nice and cool pool water, we enjoyed our holiday, we will be back!
