The Country House Son Perxa, belongs to a complex of 6 villas; 'Villas Petra' which are connected by roads, although each one has its own privacy and independence.

This property has an approximate extension of 14.000 m2, the house of about 240 m2 is distributed on two floors as follows:

On the ground floor there is a spacious entrance hall, a guest toilet, the fully fitted and equipped kitchen, the dining room, a living room with fireplace, a second living room and a double bedroom with twin beds together with its corresponding en-suite bathroom (shower only). The bathroom is wheelchair accessible.

On the first floor there are three double bedrooms with single beds and three en suite bathrooms with bathtub and shower. At guests' disposal there is also an extra small double bedroom with single beds, ideal for children.

The house is equipped with Wi-Fi in the living room, air conditioning hot and cold, satellite TV, safe, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, porch, barbecue and covered parking.

Outside, the house is surrounded by terraces, on its façade there is a large porch with arches and on it's left a large swimming pool of 13x10 m, maximum depth 1,70 m, with views of the village and the mountains. Swimming pool with children's area

In the finca there is a free volleyball court to share and a tennis court to share, to be booked in advance and at extra cost.

This villa is located only about three kilometres from the village of Petra, which offers all basic services and is world-famous for being the birthplace of the saintly Fray Junipero Serra, founder of the California missions.

In about 20 minutes by car you reach Son Serra de Marina and its small marina 'Son Serra Nova' where you can enjoy two beautiful and picturesque beaches 'Sa Canova' and 'Son Real'.

The finca is located in front of the Puig de Bonany, a mountain whose Mediterranean vegetation surrounds paths of great beauty. To reach the monastery of the Ermita de Bonany, from where you can enjoy incomparable views of the whole island, there is a path, about 200m from the estate, which is only accessible on foot, where you can go hiking.

If you wish to go to the aforementioned monastery by car, there is a well-paved road from the entrance to the village of Petra to the Hermitage.

The neighbouring villages are very typical, such as Sineu, Santa Margarita... where you can visit the markets and enjoy their products.
