Beautiful country house with swimming pool in rural area and only 1,5 km from the beach of Son Bauló and the center of Can Picafort.
The country house is on one level with direct access to the terrace and garden with the pool and BBQ area.
From the living room and the open plan kitchen you have direct access to the terrace. Furthermore, there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed (1,60 x 2,0)with a bathroom en suite and two bedrooms with two single bed s in each (90 x 1,90) share one bathroom. All the rooms are air-conditioned. 2 cots and 2 highchairs included in price.
Outside there is a barbecue area which gives it a very familiar atmosphere, next to the 9x4,5m swimming pool which is surrounded by a sun terrace with sunshades and sunbeds. Outdoor shower.
Equipped with Wifi Internet and satellite TV. Air conditioning.
Ideal property to enjoy the countryside at the same time located nearby the tourist center of Can Picafort and Son Bauló.

Propriétaire très sympathique, la maison est très agréable et bien équipée ! La piscine est superbe et surtout très sécurisée donc très pratique pour les familles avec jeunes enfants. Le jardin est très grand. Dépaysement garanti. Parfait pour passer des vacances en famille ou entre amis!
